Linus - runs ok but reset to menu at the end, and then other demos dont load (maybe add note in menu text to reset console?)
Love and anarchy - has some pauses it then crashes out later.

O:

Obvious Disaster -ok , but menu has irrelevant text 'Thanks to Frank..'
Odyssey - crashes a few minutes in with 'Illegal exception press left mouse button to enter debugger' - shame never seen this demo and it looks good.
Optimum fuckup - maybe add to menu text 'Part 1 of Confusion trilogy' (npt sure if they ended up releasing others?

Q:

All ok
Thanks for testing.

Yeah i may test a hardreset request after some demos, see how it goes in tests first.
Text wise, there is some weird messages, its from the whdload file nothing i have added, i may go through some at some point, atm i just want to get the first finished version out which is just testing if demos work.

Yes good idea, i should add a note on the menu to tell people to reset the console after each demo regardless if the demo returns to the menu after it ends.

Will check the two demos that crash this weekend. thx!

J done.

Jesus On E's - blank screen on very end credit part. Rest is fine. Brought back memories!

Joyride - says you can skip demo parts with mouse button, but controller does nothing. Runs fine though and you just watch whole demo like normal.

Just for your ears - music disk. You are supposed to use right mouse button to access menu, but that does not work with controller.

Cheers.

I started testing today, will report by the end of the day how far I got.

A note for those testing now in real hardware, I think it'd be best for us if we see the demos through instead of just a quick test like before.
I know it takes time, but I noticed already some demos crashing mid demo or having OS flashes that ruin the experience. You can't see that running 30 seconds of each demo.

Oh man not that one haha! I have never watched it through nor cared to do so. Also remember it crashing always mid-demo like a piece of shit.

Anyway I thought I'd mention that because it wasn't clarified by Amigajay at this point, but it will save us all a great deal of time if we make sure the demos run to the end.

K done

Krest Mass Leftovers - cant skip the plasma bit around half way through. Do we need right mouse button to skip? Left mouse button (or red on the controller) just regenerates a new plasma.

I will now look at G

G done.

Great bytes of fire - stops approx. 4Mins 30sec. Drive light stays on.

Guardian Dragon - 2 slight graphical glitches approx 6Mins in. Note text at end has strange shadow that makes reading difficult. This is also shown on YouTube.

Guardian Dragon 2 - Don't know if issues with file or my CD but after the initial text screen with blue background featuring 2 women and a candle the drive takes a long time to load the next part, but as the sound keeps playing the sound gets out of sync and later you have bits of the demo with no sound. The sound stops after the Dragon Eye zoom.

One time after the initial text/2 women & candle screen I got a CD32 Debug screen.

The Kefrens were a class act!

Put me down for 'H' I am starting them now.

Cheers Higgy!

Yes there will be some demos with gfx errors, these are whdload errors, so not always cd32 related, also there may be some demos we have to put up with the odd part or not have the demo at all, I hope to start checking some to tomorrow.

@Seiya the Dropbox link is dead because it's the old version I've now deleted, the link in the first post should work fine other people have had no problems with it, try and download again.

H done.

Hit Fido - need to put controller in port 2 to access 2nd disk/part.

How to skin a cat - stops at 1min 15 sec. Looks like it is having disc access issues. Music is still playing.

Put me down for 'I'.

I done.

ICE - need to press red button to skip parts but it gets stuck on credits screen near the beginning.

In the Kitchen - crashes to CD32 Debug screen soon after 'extra memory detected' screen.

Off to test brain, ears and eyes

Cheers for all the input so far fellas, i'll update all i can at the weekend and test those fixes myself, as i said as in the nature of all things CD32, not all demos will work, sometimes for unknown reasons, so if they don't or have annoying issues i will remove them, no point including them just for the sake.

Oh I noticed Desert Dream doesn't work fully, it stops at the "insert disk 2" screen. Seems like may need an install tweak. :/ because it otherwise works great.

Thanks to everyone who has tested so far, i have adjusted the ones you have replied with so far and i will test them on real hw, i did burn a disc but haven't had much time recently, so please continue to test the letters that are left, i know its a bit repetitive but with a final test with everyone's help we can get this done in a couple of weeks.

Will probably be my last CD32 disc for a while, so want to get this out the door asap, any help really appreciated!
