Couldn't wait, so took Don Adan's advise and re-dumped the 6th adf from the HD version, that *should* work with both AGA floppy versions.
We almost got the floppy versions (ECS&AGA) ready, with a fully translated installation proggies and some info before the game, but they seem to work from the floppies only. After installing them on my config they hang. Well, the config I use may be a bit too high-end for that kind of game, but the pre-installed (original from PPA) AGA HD version works perfectly dammit! Anyone care to do some testing on these? Last edited by Shoonay; 14 March 2009 at 11:01. |

Yeah, right Pan Niecierpliwość
Incredible, I had only the *impertinence* to be absent for 1-2 days and you couldn't even wait that out! But I can assure you the version you upped is identical in CRC32 so I don't need to put up mine anymore... Last edited by andreas; 20 March 2009 at 08:46. |

Since the game recently made it into the ranks of GOG's classic collection, I figured what better time to move my project out of the shade and into the view of people who care about the game.
I wondered If anyone would be interested in working on the ScummVM TeenAgent engine with me during the summer? C++ knowledge is a must. The engine intends to support ALL versions of TeenAgent (English(full version/demos), Czech, Polish(with/without voices)) and the Amiga versions. This shouldnt be too tricky. as there is quite a lot of work done on the engine already by myself and jvprat. We are working from a well commented disassembly and amiga 68000 asm. Feel free to email me if you have any questions Rob (silver_coast (at) hotmail.com) |

Yes, I confirm that. Disk 1 of the ECS version is not working. I found some other disk 1 in the net but still no luck. If anyone finds working version of disk 1, please let me know.
Nevertheless I added AGA version (ADF and HD) and they work flawlessly. |

I just tried all English versions from ppa.pl and grandis.nu. Both already hd installed and adf versions which I manually installed. I found different Teenagent executable versions 1.3 beta and two CrM-ed. And I find out that all of them save/load games to/from progdir. Some of the HD installed archives have start(IconX) file that contains assign TEENSAVE: to certain directory but the game seems not to care about that.
The only version I found out that saves/loads to/from TEENSAVE: is polish CD version (executable version 1.4). Has anyone who played English version ever cared and paid attention where it's save games are saved? I really need them assigned anywhere else but in progdir. |
