Mirror would require http server and somekind of SQL thingy to have search of its own. Since Turran has already made it working, it would be completely doable at the mirror too
On the other hand, I'd rather make it happen only if seems necessary to do so. Last edited by DannyBoy; 15 September 2013 at 18:17. Reason: Typo |

DannyBoy: is it possible while syncing to preserve the datestamp of the files? now all files are dated "14.09.2013" manic23: you are using a webbrowser? try holding shift and then reload that page. my opera listed more files after shift-reload'ed. if you compared with a ftp-client, then ignore what i said TCD: thanks for the link to the search page. Sigh, I tought I got everything this morning.. Those files were synced to different disk last night, theyre now in place. Datestamps should be correct after next sync again.
I have had to replace disks from the ftp-box and do some back-up syncing myself, so I messed them damn dates at some point.. Not quite as smooth as intended.. |

I did download some files from the FTP, but I did notice that everything that is named passwd or group is prohibited from being downloaded from the server.
This causes an issue for the following files: Code:
...Commodore_Amiga\App\Archive\PowerLan2.ori\AmiTCP-3.0b2\bin\passwd ...Commodore_Amiga\App\Archive\PowerLan2.ori\AmiTCP-3.0b2\db\passwd ...Commodore_Amiga\App\Archive\PowerLan2.ori\AmiTCP-3.0b2\db\group |

Thank you for the report Leandro Can you try if you can download those files from the mirror? (check first post for the details)

It have an issue with that files also, TCD. It reports the following error:
550 /mirror/grandis.nu/Commodore_Amiga/App/Archive/PowerLan2.ori/AmiTCP-3.0b2/bin/passwd: Not a directory. I did use exactly the mirror that DannyBoy provided (ie. you are right). |

I downloaded these files myself from a remote machine without any problems. It might be that your client program skips account related files. Check settings

Likewise. glftpd blocks retrieving those I think.
@Leandro Jardim: Are you 100% sure that you used the mirror when those errors happened? The path following 550 error code is from mirror, but I can't reproduce the problem myself.. Tried with FileZilla and WinSCP, and both work like you would expect. Last edited by DannyBoy; 21 September 2013 at 16:50. Reason: - |
