No, sorry. I am not interested in analog video. (EDIT: means also any pro analog video/audio stuff from 1990s. It is not fun or interesting.)

Maybe this is irrelevant to the topic and completely useless but it seems to be the patent for the audio subsystem of the AAA chipset http://www.freepatentsonline.com/5418321.html
8 channels, 8/16-bit samples, up to 110 kHz sampling rate, 8-bit volume, channels freely allocated to the left/right/both stereo channels (sadly no real panning). |

Amiga hardware
> Other A500 side expansion hardware (?)
Do you mean perhaps the GVP A530 (with HD)? I think I still have one in the basement, and probably still the documentation. Are you interested? |

(Any kind of external A500 HD expansion that includes an accelerator or is accelerator compatible would be fine. Supradrive 500XP hates accelerators.) HD is not needed, I am going to replace it with SCSI-IDE and CF card anyway |

Found the A530, not the docs. Besides the shipping cost, there's the problem of electrical (in)compatibility. Would you settle for a scan of the documentation (assuming I can find it)?
You're aware of http://www.gvp-m.com/, right? |

Found in my basement
Well, I found the A530's box and the drive itself but not the manual.
I also found these manuals: GVP FaastPREP 2.0 (for formatting hard drives) GVP SCSI Hard Disk Card User's Guide (with A4008 install disk) and a floppy containing "US HDD HD0=60 MB Prep and overwrites SCSI #C" dated 1996 that a former Commodore engineer gave me. Let me know if your or anyone is interested |

Shipping can be costly but I am still prepared to pay (and perhaps some more..) |

Seriously, Toni, all you want is the box (OK, it's colorful, but...) that GVP shipped the A530 to me in 1992? Not a photo of the box? :-)
It'd be a bit bulky (I'll go measure the box if you really want it) and it's cardboard so I'd have to put it in a still larger box or it'll arrive all dented. Regards, Gary |

Hi Gary,
I think Toni means just the A530 unit without the hard drive, PSU, docs or indeed without the box. |

Oh, the enclosure. Hmmm, I suppose I can safely remove the HD without
damaging the '030. Now that I recall, the original CPU failed and what I have is a replacement from GVP. I haven't used it in years |

I am only trying to optimize shipping costs but i guess HD isn't going to make much difference. |

Toni, I just ran across this link, the Haynie Archives, and am posting it here in the event that you find it useful and didn't already know about it: http://www.thule.no/haynie/
As for the A530, do you see any reason for me to see if it still works? I'm not sure if the A500 I have downstairs still works. As I recall I had a friend install a 2Gb SCSI HD in it about 10 years ago but the drive failed after a couple of years (compare that to the SCSI HD I have in my A4000D which is over 15 years old!) |

Toni, I went down to the basement and brought the A530 upstairs and put it on my bathroom scale. It's about 1.5 kg (3 lbs). Add a bit for secure packaging.
Here's a link to the US Postal Service rate calculator for international shipment of packages: http://ircalc.usps.gov/ Please let me know what you want to do. Or you can come to my place and I'll meet you at the door for free ;-) |

Hi Tony,
I have a Pyramid "RCA 120" (Rev. B, with memory, can't tell if 4 or 8 Mb though, but no FPU). You can see it there: http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/rca120 If it can help... Last edited by sodapop; 18 November 2010 at 12:24. |

A long time ago I got my hands on the following documents. Would any of them be usefull? If so I can scan them to pdf. Such pdf woud be huge as they would be pdf made of images due to the diagrams and typewritten notes.
