Maybe not the worst screen ever, and it may be a loading screen rather than title, but Konami used to do some pretty lazy in-game screens of the cover. Gryzor (aka Contra) on the C64 sticks in my mind.

But STE '86 made a new one, which looks indeed better than the CPC original because the colors aren't that oversaturated.

I think that if you can not draw show title only. Amateurish art may suggest same code which may not be true.
