Not Jet Set Willy, no. JSW2 + ManicMiner from this thread are the only official versions.

There are a few PD/Shareware games out there inspired by the Willy games - Willy's Weirdy Nightmare being probably the absolute best - but none outside of emulating the Speccy or C64.
