The more info flag would allow as to add some comments to it, right? I think of the fixes released for some games. We could mark those as (for example) [SR] -> first unfixed release and [SR fixed] for the fixed disks.
Or we just mark them all as [SR], then we maybe can use a (new) dump flag option...
