On OS 3.2 and OS 3.9 AmiModRadio v0.99998 fails to play and goes to Guru, also in the "Local Mods" request the various volumes of the operating system are not shown.

About the Crash this happens with OS 3.2.1, 3.9 and Amikit with CPU 060, it is about local bolumes, I don't see DH0, DH1, Volumi Assign etc..
The new Amimoradio does not crash and works only so OS 3.1 |

One should try a 060 with an OS 3.2 or OS 3.9 !
Let's see if any other user has the same problem! |

You started AmiModRadio, selected "Local" as source, then selected some folder in which there are some modules/LhA archives (containing modules), and then selected one of those and the Guru arrived?

It happens both on archive search from the Internet, but also happens from local search !
With the previous version of AmimodRadio it doesn't happen, everything works regularly |

Guru has been solved now AmimoRadio works fine.
However, now it crashes if you try to do a search on: Modules.pl/ ModArchive/ AMP/ |

Hi AmigaSystem!
![]() Thanks for testing! Could you tell me more: do you have AmiSSL? Which version? Could you share a screenshot? I don't have any crash here, on none of my configs, with and without AmiSSL v5.7. Update: You may have a version of AmiSSL older than v5.7 and I had removed code to deal with such case, my bad ![]() Please could you try this version? Cheers! On my systems I had AmiSSL v4.12, I upgraded to AmiSSL v5.7 and now Amimoradio works fine.
Occasionally Guru 80000003 appears, only if I do a search on "Modules.pl etc.." without stopping the Music "Stop button", basically only if I do a search while a Module is playing. |

Ceato a small video with OS 3.2.1 that will show the guru, there is no specific time, it can happen immediately or later, on OS 3.9 BB4 060 it happens more frequently.

Hi all!
I'm happy to release AmiModRadio, v0.99998! It fixes fixes bugs #115, #125, #127, #128, #133, and #134. I think that I finally got the HTTP/S right (?) and now allow quitting at anytime. (It uses but doesn't require AmiSSL v5.7+.) As usual, it can be downloaded, along with its source code:
Special thanks to AmigaSystem and Leof for their tests and feedback! ![]() Please contribute by asking for features, reporting bugs, or offering translations! Cheers! Last edited by tygre; 01 March 2023 at 02:39. Reason: More details |
