Small request if possible : 1.9 does open its window where mouse cursor is. Depending on where, this might be problematic since your mouse is stuck in that region. Could it be possible to open ScummVM window in center of the screen instead ?

Update:. Sorry, didn't understand your question. You are describing the mouse capture behaviour that all my ports feature with a window mode (this has confused people). The mouse is captured (confined) to the game's window by default, to unlock the capture you just need to use a hot key command (see the readme)

I tried Gabriel Knight 2, but its extremely slow. Its due to incompatibility with ScummVM1.9.0 (lower than ScummVM 2)

Gabriel Knight 1 and 2 need ScummVM 2.0.0 SCi engine. Should not work with v1.9

I heard that sometimes games are unofficially supported by earlier versions so that might be the case here, not sure. If it is unofficially supported then it's probably a bit buggy.

It's an old video (7 months old)

Emulating (Amiga In A Box) 040/25 + 128 meg with Fastest JIT
probably run like crap without it.

I tried Fate of Atlantis with an 030 and AHI with the 1.5 version, it barely runs. Did I do something wrong or is the game too heavy for an 030?
Did not try without sound but I don't see the point.

Don't know if it might interest you, but there is an Atari guy who is available to do a rebranch of old version 2.5 containing some never released Amiga's optimizations made some time ago by beeanyew

Make sure you setup your AHI properly, that's all I can suggest.

Sorry but apart from the fact that I don't have time to do any further Amiga updates, it would be very hard to test the impact of any optimisations without a real Amiga.

No, you got it right first it was really about opening window where the mouse cursor is. If your mouse is bottom right of the screen, the ScummVM will open there. It would make more sense to open it in center of the screen instead, I guess (but I might be wrong) nobody likes to play a game anywhere else than in center of his screen

Just unlocked the mouse capture, grab the window by the title bar and move it to exactly where you want it on the desktop
