Thank you for all your the time and perseverance in cleaning up these packs for us to download and use
Your dedication is much appreciated and I know that I wouldn't have the patience anymore to do things like what you are doing and I doubt that I would have even been to when I was at my best Thanks again, Allen. |

Awesome to see this continually being cleaned. I decided to start DL'ing the listXX.txt files and start browsing them. Notice http://www.amigaclub.be/bs1/cleaned/list46.txt comes up blank.
EDIT: Also: http://www.amigaclub.be/bs1/cleaned/list25.txt http://www.amigaclub.be/bs1/cleaned/list12.txt http://www.amigaclub.be/bs1/cleaned/list11.txt http://www.amigaclub.be/bs1/cleaned/list10.txt http://www.amigaclub.be/bs1/cleaned/list7.txt http://www.amigaclub.be/bs1/cleaned/list6.txt http://www.amigaclub.be/bs1/cleaned/list3.txt Last edited by Sinphaltimus; 31 January 2019 at 12:06. Are cleaned packs important also if i use emulation ?
I mean, viruses are dangerous with WinUAE too ? |

The cleaned packs are not just passed through an anti-virus.
It is also a more generic cleanup. That said, about issues with viruses (or vira? :P) I would say it depends on how you use the images. If you use them like a typical Windows user, load WinUAE, drag'n'drop a game play it and then quit, nothing will happen. If you use it more like a normal Amiga (you ctrl-A-A and maybe even load Workbench in between AND disable write protection on ADFs), then I guess you could spread a virus in your other Amiga disks. |

They behave exactly like on a real Amiga so if you disable write protection for the used disk images a virus may very well destroy the bootblock of a game/demo for example and if it is a trackloading game/demo it won't work anymore after that. |

What, you start it and then you quit it without using it at all?
That is safe all right. (sorry couldn't hold it back ) |
