How does the contents of your SD card look?
Post your bluescsi.ini also. There is an option to use the entire SD card as a single drive I thik (check the wiki).

The log tells you I have no .ini file

One card just contains the Hard File(s) and/or CD Image.

Another (bigger) card, is set to have the 1 Gig image running
and has Gotek stuff on it + a film.

I can only see one drive/image on mine.
You need to move HD20-512.hdf to the root of the drive.

Duh
It was there, but would not work.

"gvpscsi.device: unit 000 (or 001)
Unexpected Status $4E/$20"

This was posted to the bluescsi discord server yesterday:

Hey everyone, I know you guys are mainly MAC guys, but got a weird one for you.
I have BlueScsiV2 (latest firmware) running on a GVP-HC2000-8 SCSI card. Works perfectly.
If I swap the BlueSCSI with another one I have then weirdness happens (this other one is working fine in an amiga A590 drive):
The only difference is this other one has the Wifi version of the Pico!
With that one installed, I get an error gvpscsi.device unit 001 Unexected Status $4E/$20 and then it cant find the hard disk.
Now I thought to myself, I'll enable debug, to see what I can find out.
With Debug enabled, it boots perfectly.... every time.....
Any thoughts? its very weird.

If you don't mind could you try EnableSCSI2=0 in your bluescsi.ini file for the failing device?

[SCSI]
System="Generic"
EnableSCSI2=0 ; Off
PrefetchBytes=0
[SCSI0]
Vendor=Blue
Product=Bluedrive
Version=1.0
SectorsPerTrack=32
HeadsPerCylinder=1

Works, but takes an Age to Boot
Like a Physical Drive doing a Verification
