Because as far known you cant overlap tiles - things like doors might look funny on some levels becuase of the black border around the door corners etc.

Looking a bit closser - The Background Map data seems to be in the Amiga version and Maybe some collision data.

Yes but I dont think the game will diplay flipped tiles.
In the house is probably not the best to test as it has one of the most detial backgrounds I think. Tiles can be edited and replaced. |

the game should normally. Any tile in black are those on the right flipped (it's like a mirror).

The current values dont work - Unless theres an example of tile flipping in the game its hard to tell.
In the Zone I put another very rough WinUae SaveState just overlapping the Background Map with the Front. It looks like it might be struggling - maybe not, just the top of the screen - might be something else im no expert... Last edited by Retro1234; 07 February 2014 at 21:32. |

Just been messing around and put a full background on the Games Room level - But! now the Sprites are under the background
WinUae Save state in the Zone. Anyway its been intresting having a look at this game - would be cool full remake AGA |

Someone please "fix" this! MAybe the coders had no time to make it work or some shit in the code doesn't let it work nice. |
