Thanks, bud! I'll go through the list and my mags tonight, pull out what I have, drag them to work on Friday and scan what I have then.

Okay, I think they are okay now.
We don't have a huge amount, so dumps for those we don't have would also be appriciated by anybody having the equipment to do so... But if you have original games, they are higher priority of course. |

@fiath
You could add Gainforce to your Amiga Fun column. I've never seen this disk (Amiga Fun ORIGINAL) on the net nor do I know if it's actually protected (but I have that suspicion). |

Done. Do you know what issue it was from?
There was an Amiga Fun issue I bought with a game on... But I really can't remember what it was called... Just you were in a spaceship. I think Crazy Sue also came on one Amiga Fun issue. Anyway, we now have a large amount of coverdisks to dump - just need to find the time to do it. No Amiga Fun ones though |

If you still want it I could just zip the version from the CD if you want. It won't be any different to the disk version though. |

Are you sure that there wasn't a floppy version of that mag? (I seem to remember them doing two editions for a while).
If so, I'll remove it. |

No, I thought I would recognise the name, so I looked it HOL, which came to my rescue *again*
It was The Final Day: HOL Database (id=4550) |

Well wadya know! Another trip to HOL saves the day.
One should always venture to HOL in their time of need. That or randomly guess the games and get it wrong. |

As the UK Amiga Fun "memorial site" is no more, I can't look it up, either. And amigacoverdisks @ Emulators Unlimited doesn't hold Amiga Fun issues at all. Last edited by andreas; 13 July 2003 at 00:52. |

OK, here's another one:
(I don't know if it belongs here, because I don't know if this disk is protected. As this hasn't yet appeared on any coverdisk site, I do think it's protected, though.) Amiga Format no. #63b. Contains Psygnosis G2 demo. This one is in the zone, lha-packed, but I couldn't get it working, presumedly because of the protection. So I hope to be more lucky with the original dump. Would be cool as hell if this one surfaced! HOL team would lick their chops to get some cool screenshots! |

I've sent a test-dump of that exact coverdisk (AF63b) to the CAPS team, along with my system/drive test results. Still waiting for reply.
The game works perfect too, boots from my original disk with no problem. I remember deciding to collect this game as it was never released. Good thing I did. However, back in the days, I was hoping the coverdisk would be valuable. Yeah, maybe it's valuable, but not the kind of value I was hoping for |

What's the current status of missing/redump required mag disks - or is the list at the top of the thread 'current'?
I have a large collection of coverdisks and could probably fill some of your holes. (eg. I can dump Interphase (AF) and Atomix (The One) if still req.) |

It should be semi-current because we have not had that many submitted. However, there are possibly some I missed. I'll try to update it, but at the moment I am really quite busy...
Just keep bugging me about it and I'll get it done eventually... |

Ok to start with
Ilyad (AA) released as 1944 Archipelagos (AF) dumped. Not released because same as original. Bombuzal (AP) released as 2064 Kid GLoves (AP) dumped. Not released because same as original. |

CU Amiga Coverdisk #73 - K240 demo
There's two in TOSEC I found, with the K240 demo on.
CU Amiga - Disk 073 (1994-01)(EMAP Images)(UK)[b] CU Amiga - Disk 073 (1994-01)(EMAP Images)(UK)[b2] Both are faulty. I'm not going to repeat this in full detail once more; instead, please refer to this thread. The gist of all that stuff I wrote there is that the disk seemingly has a type of RNC protection, which would make it uncopyable by ordinary means. This disk does already appear in your list, but as CU Amiga #73 - Mortal Kombat demo. Either the (my) issue number is slightly wrong, or there are two demos on one disk, or there are even *two* parts of #73. Can anyone of you shed any more light into this?
