Shadow of the Beast 2 + Rick Dangerous 2 !!!
"Shadow of the Beast 2" was the one which brought me as near to a mental home as it can get ! I wasted 2 Joysticks, hitting them to death over my knee and needed to buy a third one to complete it !!!
But it was one of the best Amiga Games i´ve had played too. For "Rick Dangerous 2" I needed only 2 Joysticks to complete it, the first one also died on my knee !!! Very good Game, but considering how aggressive it can make people, it should be banned (at least in Germany I guess, where we have that unneccessary "Killer-Game" debate at the moment) :-)) |

I ended up buying a steal-encased, steal-shafted arcade quality joystick for my most hated games.

Street fighter 2 on the other hand I used to play with keyboard. Ever since I slammed my fist down on the poor a600hd the hard drive sounds like a jet turbine... not to mention all my street fighter 2 floppys had loose disk shutters from being frisbeed across the room to the opposite wall. |

Project-X is not a game I would call hard. Not even frustrating. Just very very time-consuming because of the trial & error style of gameplay. You just can't beat in on your first run since there is no way of knowing how to deal with the levels. |

Or, to put it another way: a game can never be too difficult, only unfair.

I should mention Space Quest 4 (or 5, I´m not sure now) - without harddrive it´s not playable - changing discs all the time. Sierra didnt like Amiga players |

Time Bandit. I could never figure out which command to type in on the abandoned spaceship. The prompt said something like "Try more <lightning bolt>." Tried everything under the sun. My friend had it for the ST and got stuck at the same point.
Oh, and the game became obscenely hard after you reached a certain level. That game was one of the top distractions for me in college. |
