Many programs has a multi language interface or it`s easy to update for other language.
I have a problem with that - I use for translation program "Restorator" who make a small path for oryginal program but if I path the file I have a non known bug: if I select "imput" i have a message : "the printer who have you in this configuration is not valid in this machine" or this " the select serial port is not valid in this machine" I think is something wrong in my pc but some peoples mail me with the same problem. I don`t know is this hapend becouse I path program ? or this is a bug in WinUAE I was send a mesage on my forum adn wait for answer of this problem. |

About the feautre again...
Hmm. I believe I must've been exaggerating lately.. but Toni - just one question, I had an idea that could help You and us in some way...
is there a chance You could talk with Thor about uae version of mmu.library and write something that doesn't work exactly like MMU [i.e. it doesn't map memory], but would call exceptions once there's a r/w access to forbidden memory area? I bet it'd be many times easier and faster to produce [except for JIT I suppose, but I remember having an idea over this right before I fell asleep hehehe ] and many of programmers would start to call You a Savior [for sure - I'll be one of them]... If Thor disagrees for building a software for platforms other than real Amiga.. I could try to do some. Sorry for bugging You but I have tried almost everything to make the WinUAEEnforcer silent about input.device without success. I get about 50 hits every second impossible to debug anything Cheers! |
