I think this needs a little investigation.

If you look at the samples section of the mod file (taken from UnExotica) it seems that the mod is a conversion from something else:


"Converted with ProWizard for PC"
"Original Format Kris Tracker"


Not exactly sure what can be deduced from this.

Was the music made originally for another format? If so, who was the "original" composer? Did he credit correctly Wishbone Ash at one time and then that information got "lost" during the conversion?


I tend to think there is indeed some rip-off. However I am not sure who is to blame exactly.
