While the PC often had the edge on graphics, the Amiga usually had the best music. Most PC games of the day had weak sounding MIDI tracks which paled to the Amiga audio. Take the Monkey Islands, Dune, Heroquest and Space Crusade as examples.
I seem to remember somebody actually made a patch that put the amiga music from Monkey Island into the PC version of the game for use with ScummVM. Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk |

beast should have been on supergrafx rather than pcengine .i can run easily beast in 512x240 with a hundred colors on screen , and with more stuffs on screen than amiga, except music which can be difficult to sound as good as amiga ones,and of course the colors must be redone to compensate the larger amiga's master palette ..

The Hound of Shadow. The graphics are much, much better in the Amiga version.
