Trying pressing F11+g to grab the mouse pointer (do this in full-screen mode too - it shouldn't be necessary, but it is at the moment). If you're running a P96 deskop in windowed mode, you should try using mousehack. This will synchronize the Amiga mouse pointer with the host mouse pointer. It makes it much more useable. Launch it in your s:user-startup with something like: Code:
run c:mousehack >nil: |

I've never seen that version in action, but from what I know, this is a version without any GUI. What you have to do is run the uae executable and use either command line switches to configure it (fussy) or make a text file with your desired configuration and load it using the -f switch.

You can use the Amiga emulation support pack to create the configs through a GUI (thanks rattus!)
here's the link: http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/14607 From the two files you downloaded you only need the second, first one is just sources. |

Hi All
OK, I seem to have this working now except for one thing, I have horizontal lines from top to bottom across the Amiga emulation screen/window. I used to get rid of these in MaxUAE by choosing Double in the graphics section, but in this emulator this does not seem to cure this problem. Also how do I get the emulator to recognise different configs when I load a game? This problem only occurs when I load a game from the Game Loader..... If I just run UAE it seems OK. Sorry to be a pain. Washac Last edited by Washac; 14 September 2004 at 22:10. |

Hi
Sussed it, I went in and modified the ecs.uaerc file to double in linemode, all fine now. I assume to get this running at its best it would require a G5 and max memory? Washac |

Richard Drummond is working very hard and has done a great job on this project. Thanks again Rich, I just sent you a donation. Others should do the same.
