To bulk remove attachments from all your posts do the following:

... From the main EAB webpage select "User CP" --> "Attachments", tick the attachments you want to remove and select "Delete Selected".

There are loads of different image hosting sites you can use, an example is TinyPic: http://tinypic.com/

Just upload your image, then copy the URL for "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards" and paste into your post
