I know that this was never released, but there was an official level editor for lemmings that was previewed in Amiga Power (no. 4, p.15).

Oooh, Aggression looks lovely ninetysomethingish. Nice.
Can you upload the demo to The Zone? I wonder what more Bloodhouse have programmed besides raytraced Asteroid clones. By the way, have you ever hear about Benjamin and the Alien Incident? It is a point 'n' click adventure also going to be released by Bloodhouse in 1994/1995. |

Okay, it's in the zone now.
I've investigated the disk and it's clearly not an official demo because it contains the source code of the first (and only) level and there's almost no game-logic (no score, you can die but you don't lose lives). It's a leaked tech-demo in my opinion... The game was written in BLITZ BASIC 2.1, at least the level editor was written by "David Reed". From one of the files: Code:
Project: Level Editor; Version: 1.5; Coder: David Reed; Date: 17/10/95; Status: 100% Complete The music seems to be stolen from Turrican, btw. |

I've played Aggression for a while and the gameplay is heavily influenced by the third shmup-level in Turrican 2 where the ship is at drift. The gameplay is OKish - thank god for the infinite lives. The music in the intro is taken from Bloodmoney by the way.

Billy The Kid managed to sneak out, too! Although I don't think there was an official release from Ocean! I had the original disks back in the day... if only they still worked!!

Hi!
Sorry if I just haven't seen it, but what about "Golem"? I have a demo on a cover-cd, but the games was never released, was it? |

I met David Peres few years ago and he told me he had the sources of Teddy bear. The game was virtually finished and just needed a little bit of work to get a final version. But since 2001 I don't have any news from him. He was living in a carribean island and planed to come back to France.
Anybody heard from him? |

I found a review in amiga joker about shatz im silbersee. It was never released on the amiga. I did a quick search in google and came up with this: http://www.kultboy.com/testbericht-uebersicht/336/ click on 'testbericht' to see a scan of the review.
Others: survival aga (kompart) preview amiga joker 11/93 daughter of serpenst (millenium) amiga joker 12/92 has a preview of the game in it and an ad mentioning the release in march 1993 outlander (mindscape) amiga joker 10/92 if i understand the preview correctly they watched a rolling demo of the game with no sound. Realms of darkness (grandslam) amiga joker 9/93 preview material the seventh sword of mendor (grandslam) amiga joker 9/93 preview material. Menioned in 5/95 as still being developed. Confirmed by grandslam twilight 2000 (empire) amiga joker 7/93 previewed. I am sure there was a review aswell. Google: http://www.kultboy.com/index.php?site=t&id=586 miracle bat (?) amiga joker 3/93 the article mentioned there is no publisher yet. Black sect (lankhor) amiga joker 3/93 preview they mention receiving a demo and background info extractors (millenium) amiga joker 5/95 the cd version seemed to be completely finsihed. They played it at the eu computer trade show in london. Micro machines 2 (codemasters) amiga joker 3/95 newsflash, they mention it being in a very playable state. Review probably the next month. Psycho pinball (codemasters) amiga joker 3/95 newsflash, they mention it being in a very playable state. Review probably the next month. Gnomes (otm) amiga joker 10/11/96 preview enigma (otm) amiga joker 10/11/96 preview Interesting link: http://ftp.wustl.edu/aminet/pix/illu/Enigma.readme evils doom (croteam / black legend) google: http://www.kultboy.com/index.php?site=t&id=1448 Einmal hölle und züruck - Amiga joker 11/95 Google: http://www.kultboy.com/index.php?site=t&id=1175 Edit: Removed the entries mentioned below, because they were indeed released: Impulse (Development title) and Apano Sin Last edited by MrX_Cuci; 24 July 2006 at 23:26. |
