I feel a bit of a CAD,

The Falcon F1240 arrived the other day (with the other cards),

my sincere appologies I thought I sent a PM,



Now everything is up and running now with 128MB of RAM, the falcon is loving its new home/testbed A1200 =D

Although its about 2mips slower than the Apollo 040@25 and only working with EDO, I am very taken by the card, its design and quality build - its very VERY pretty, she's a bit of a chunk when fitting it lol, but hey, always good to have some meat on the bones!


However the Falcon F1240 has a REAL charm about it, not only does this one have a bit of celebrity history, but its has piqued my interest, unfortunately few accelerators doo..

As such I must know more about it, so will begin my quest and hunt for the SCSI device module/information / manual and upgrade path etc etc.

The latter I am very unlikely to do since I have 2 060 based amiga's as it is, but the information is out there somewhere =D


My A2000 is spoilt for choice at the moment with the Picasso 2 and Picasso 2 +, I think I shall take the 2mb Picasso 2 + and save that for my GB1000 project =D


Gonna take some nice shots with the Catweasle and the LS120 fitted ... lots of fun indeed.
