Manor Lords. Have only started on it but it seems the hype is well justified. Added bonus is that it also gives me Amiga vibes, what with being something in between Settlers and Lords of The Realm and having a lone dev, amazing gfx for a strategy game, fresh approach, etc.

Ooh, excellent choice! I loved that when I played through it back in the day. It was a great LAN party game too. Have the mission pack as well, though that was a lot more difficult. Must play it again...
Currently very much enjoying Tears of the Kingdom on the rare occasion I get time to play games. Occasionally dip into Elite Dangerous, Flight Simulator and Train Simulator too. |

Just 'played' 15 minutes of the 2013 Tomb Raider. Holy QTE Batman! They went all 'immersive' and forgot about the 'playing a game' part it seems. Not for me.

Started playing Death Stranding yesterday. I haven't played any game by Hideo Kojima, so this is a very interesting experience so far. Pretty confusing, but interesting
Edit: And that's it for me. The story is interesting, but the delivery boy system is not. The whole 'press like' mechanic is... I don't even know what it is, but it feels wrong. Last edited by TCD; 12 May 2024 at 13:40. |

Yep. I invested a good 20 hours of my time into that game and was still doing exactly the same thing, but more cumbersome. Eventually you get vehicles, but... ugh.
One of those games where people keep saying "but it gets better later!". Well then I'll wait for the re-remaster where the first 60 hours of the game are cut out. |

Oblivion. Again.
I can't help it. I see something on Youtube, I get the itch. So when you are signed up to a channel like Wilburgur whom absolutely wrecks Oblivion with the most insane mods imaginable... I have to partake. |

Heavily modded Skyrim. Just modding, hardly playing it!
Tomb Raider Legend Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive (worst combat control system in a game ever. Probably) Rogue Declan Played Yakuza 0 and want to get into the series, starting with Kiwami, but seems like it's a giant rabbit hole so might avoid! |

Not even original Metal Gear or later Solid? I played them, but not when they cam out, but bit later. Too bad Policenauts never got released in English or on Amiga. That might be something we might be interested in.... (graphic adventure) Death Stranding I installed more than once, but never managed to start playing. Still playing Dyson Sphere program, exploring galaxy... |

I went from Oblivion to Skyrim AGAIN because Youtube started to push a Youtube channel that does pretty crazy challenges in these kind of games and ook ook ook monkey see monkey do. One of them was the Iron Man challenge which spoke to me. The only gear you are allowed to use is what you craft yourself (and spells because you can't craft those in Skyrim - thanks Bethesda).
Easier than it sounds though, so I had to throw some survival mods at the game to make it harder. The channel: https://www.youtube.com/@Joov I am also very curious about the Fallout 4 "Frost" mod which pretty much turns the game into a nightmare version of Metro. [ Show youtube player ] Say what you want about Bethesda games but they're a good investment. I pretty much don't need to buy more games anymore, I'm set. |
