OS 3.9 (BB #1, BB #2 + PeterK's icon.library) on my A2000.
68060 50MHz - 64MB fast RAM - 2MB chip RAM - Picasso II 2MB RTG It's lightning fast at 1024x768 256 colors, even when playing an IT module with 21 channels. Click the image to see the full screenshot: Last edited by 8bitbubsy; 08 August 2011 at 11:56. |

I have had similar problems with AfA and it's not currently in use until the problem is solved. Can't risk losing data over eye candy...

I had no trouble installing it, but I couldn't get it to run. I've not tried it for a while so may have another go... I *may* have installed the data under OS3.1 though and just copied it into my AfA setup. Steve. |

Firstly, this is still the basic look I use, but its been considerably improved since this screenshot was taken. Icons have been manually cleaned up a lot, fonts improved, title bar updated and so on. Its the only screenshot I could find and right now I couldnt be bothered taking a new one and transferring it to my pc to upload.
It's all in 32 colors, running at 1360x512 (I doubled the images horizontal resolution so it looks more like it should on a "standard" screenmode,... looks squashed uless a person is running in same sort of resolution). Additionally tinypic has an annoying habbit of converting images to jpgs, so some clarity has also been lost. To be honest Im a little embarassed about how this looks I'll upload a screenshot of my current set-up over the next few days http://i54.tinypic.com/f36n3r.jpg |

8 years ago when my A4000T was working and I was younger. My A1200 does not look that great at the moment. I'll fix it soon :P It'll be the best. Last edited by ancalimon; 02 December 2011 at 04:35. |

As a small contribution using the AWESOME palette of Rebel, I'm sharing my full collection of 640x512@16color backdrops.
Most of these backdrops were re-scaled/cropped one-by-one from RTG to 640x512 and then color-remapped via ImageStudio based on Rebel's 16 colors palette. They work like a charm in any 16 color installation that has Rebel's Palette via FullPalette or Scalos. Latest Bloodwych's ClassicWB installation have this palette installed so it works perfectly there as well without extra work! (Bloodwych you rulez) I hope you'll enjoy them as much as I do You can check some thumbnails here: - General Backdrops (Amiga related) - Games Backdrops - Misc Backdrops Download link here Last edited by mfilos; 02 December 2011 at 11:40. |
