Wired won't lose power like batteries do, so if you're a multiplayer junkie in the middle of gaming session then the last thing you want is fucking about changing batteries!!

I just ordered 5 ISA XT IDE boards and all the components to build them.
![]() https://www.lo-tech.co.uk/product/lo...pactflash-pcb/ Should be a fun build, I only need one and will prolly sell the other 4 to my mates. Mines going in a Tandy 1000ex so I'll have to build a plus to ISA adaptor which it's pretty easy. Last edited by dJOS; 07 April 2017 at 07:00. |

just thinking of remote controls :/ but another cool thing: proximity sensor is "wireless" - close to the device it switches off the lightshow - can be configured and you can store a couple of configs inside the mouse - really cool device. never ever again a overpriced and lousy logitech ![]() @BarryB: correct, good point. @dJOS why allways such huge images? use http://hostthenpost.org/ creates smaller thumbnails for forums - links to the bigger one. Had a vacation in Japan and scored a GREAT deal on a Super Famicom set!
![]() It's got some yellowing and other details but I don't care about any of that, I always wanted an SFC as I dislike the US SNES design a lot (and this was MUCH cheaper than the Famicom Mini I originally wanted to purchase on my trip. Prices are mental for those and sold out at most places!). I also got another official controller for it. |

I just got a frame for my signed and numbered print of the Dragon's Lair Castle Pan (https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/d...ovie-cartoon#/). That turned out to be larger than I expected, but all the better so.
Now to find a wall spot to put it up... |

I didn't buy this today (bought it a few days ago), but it came through today: a boxed Amiga 500, red LED edition, for £60 (plus p&p):
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/222475864804 I've only had a few minutes to try it, but so far it seems to work really well. It needs a bit of a clean and probably some retrobrite attention; and the left button on the tank mouse doesn't work (which isn't really a problem as I've got a spare mouse lurking); but I'm really happy with it. I never had a 500 but it was seeing my cousin's that got my desperately wanting an Amiga, so having one alongside my 1200 is fab! ![]() My wife was less impressed though... ![]() |

Mac Mini G4 to run MorphOS on it
[ Show youtube player ] It actually worked, but I am not keen to pay for the software more than for the hardware itself, while the MacOS X for it is free. |
