Good point Ptyerman!

I installed the player and EaglePlayer plays ML files and the screen jumps like HiP. Maybe both EaglePlayer and HiP use the same library while DeliTracker II uses something else?

Loving the Online facilities. Can't find one option though - How do I save/download a module that is playing from an online source?

There's no option to save into a local file at the moment. You can favorite an online module or copy it into the main playlist, though.

Thank you, will do for now, tried searching the net and couldn't find a few modules from the shared lists, thats why I asked. Hopefully the option to download/local save can be added in the future.

I wonder if it would be possible to see who the artist is from radio stations.

If I try to stream XM modues the computer crash.

I'm sorry I don't understand what you were trying to do. Please describe the exact steps to reproduce the issue.

Sorry, my fault.

I had xmplay.lib and also ticked the xmaplay060.
That way Hippo crashed.

In the latest aminet version enabling the xmaplay060 option and playing an XM module will lead to a crash.

There's a hotfix version available here:

I can stream XM modules now with xmaplay060 option.

You mention "xmplay.lib", this is not something HippoPlayer uses.

Not sure what I am doing wrong, when trying to play .IT impulse tracker modules I get a message to insert volume eagleplayer2: , then I point it to actual eagleplayer2 that I have installed and I get the following error: Could not load eagleplayer: "impulse" Detected format: "PS3M" . I am pretty sure .IT worked fine before, but I must of screwed something up

You could probably use SnoopDos to figure out what's going on

But in the IT case the file "impulse" is searched from, in this order:
- PROGDIR:eagleplayers
- PROGDIR:
- eagleplayer2:eagleplayers

Opening the "ahi.device" for the first time after boot has caused hits in my testing, too. This points to AHI acting up.

Thank you, I have tried snoopdos and it doesn't show anything, which is VERY strange :

But after copying the actual impulse file to the hippoplayer it of course works, thank you!

My SID setting is with everything on Normal.

This one also causes trouble with EaglePlayer which does not use playsid.library (it uses the same code base but inside an eagleplayer). In the Mods Anthology collection there is "wizball.dat" which works without problems. I will investigate nevertheless

EDIT: EaglePlayer seems to produce enforcer hits with every SID, not related to the above wizball.sid...
