Anything ?

I do know that the world is facing something exceptional, tragic...
Was Scourge impacted ?

I have been very ill recently, I am not sure if it's the coronavirus or not (I do not have access to testing equipment yet, hopefully soon). Work continues with the game! There's so much I am hiding at the moment in terms of pixel art dne for the game, I don't want to show too much!
But here is a little sneak preview of another one of the 'Worlds', The Palace. I am really enjoying creating the tileset for this one!

I hope you are all staying safe and in good health!

Are you the artist? I'm a big Dan Malone fan and I see influences in there.

I am indeed! The Chaos Engine had such an effect on me when it came out, those pixels are immaculate!
I set up a fan page for Dan Malone on FB, and over time he got involved with it and he and I became FB friends as a result. The man is nothing short of a legend and pixel-art God (in my humble opinion)

Ah, you're a man of great taste sir! The Chaos Engine's pixel art is amazing. I was inspired no end back then by his work and used to spend hours on Dpaint trying to replicate that level of quality. He is indeed a legend! I'm a graphic designer now and still look back on those days for inspiration.

I was about to say you must check out Wayne's awesome website where there's loads of his artwork / paintings / time lapse videos etc.

http://wayneashworthart.com/

...but sadly, it looks like it's gone

Wayne; what happened? I can pay for your hosting if that's the issue?

Oh Damien, I REALLY appreciate the offer, but I am letting that website die.
I will be creating a new one very soon (hopefully same URL).
It will be with Weebly this time, my old one was with One.com who hiked the prices right up from 5 quid a year to over 100 quid.
So they can choke on my testicles if they think I am paying that.
You are a true legend Damien, thank you

I mean it though; your work is too awesome to not be available for all to see

I would have paid / donated the £100 a year for you with your last host

Anyway, you have my e-mail address; we can chat more about this there, as to not take this thread off topic.

Talented artists like yourself need our support!!!

Ahh! Scourge has taken over my life at the moment! My painting and art has had to take a backseat until it's done. That being said, I have set up my HD webcam and done some tests for new HD timelapse videos for my youtube channel (the art one, not the amiga one)
Anyone wishing to look at the older timelapse videos of me painting can see them here:

Nice, I've watched all of them previously and they are absolutely amazing!!!

I'm still blow away by your life story i.e. being colour blind, working around this, and able to produce such fine artwork.

Hats off to you my friend; you're one very talented individual

Just a quick one! I am hoping to create new content on my Youtube channel soon and spotted I only have 158 subscribers. If you're into Youtube and also into my pixel-work please think about gifting my channel a subscription and liking my videos. It would help me enormously!

Many thanks!
