I have reinstalled the game and data disks from scratch, perhaps this works for you.
File is uploaded to ftp as well as my cloud drive and the obsolete v1.7 removed. |

Thanks, but still doesn't work.
I really don't get it, I'm using WHDLoad 18.1 as well and A1200 expanded quick config, but the error doesn't seem to be related with an Amiga config though. |

I've started BattleIsle&DataDisks_v1.8 5-6 times now without problems on a real A1200, 030. No problemo. WHDLoad 18.1.
Filesystem is PFS3-AIO if that matters. Also tested WinUAE, OS 3.9, WHDLoad 17.1 = OK WinUAE, OS 3.1, WHDLoad 17.1 unregistered and registered = OK And for fun, Quick config A1200 Expanded. ClassicWB_LITE_v28. WHDLoad 18.0 = OK. Last edited by Turran; 30 June 2015 at 20:27. |

Well, I gave up as I can't figure why it doesn't run I'll stick with the disk versions. Tried all sorts of configurations and always get the same exact error.
On another note, Retroplay seems the PAL version of Dr. Dooms Revenge is missing from your pre-installed packs. Only the 1 disk NTSC release is there, unless it goes by a different name that I couldn't find. EDIT: One more issue I found: DungeonMaster_v1.2_0833 Always get an error stating "xpkmaster.library version 4 not found" could you please check if you have the same problem? There's no mention of xpkmaster being needed in the slave readme, so is this for an actual game file? Because disk version run fine. Last edited by brolly; 06 July 2015 at 10:33. |

There has been a few WHD installs which requires libs not mentioned in the readme before.
e.g. Moonfall_v1.1.lha (needs xpkGZIP.library in LIBS:Compressors) http://aminet.net/package/util/pack/xpkGZIP For Dungeon Master, try xpkmaster.library from this archive: http://aminet.net/package/util/pack/xpk_User Dr. Doom's Revenge hasn't been updated since 2007, that's before I took over and started uploading to ftp, both versions is available at WHDownLoad and my shared folder. Please remember that I don't do the update packs, Turran does that after I upload new installed games to ftp. |

I'll have a look for Dr. Doom's Revenge and add it in the upcoming update. Thanks Brolly.

All working now, thanks for the heads up on Moonfall wasn't aware of that one. Do you recall any other libraries that might be needed for other games? Might as well install them all now.
It was my mistake on Doom's Revenge sorry, I downloaded everything from your shared folder, but somehow the PAL version didn't download and somehow yesterday I was probably blind and couldn't see it there, got it now. EDIT: Turran, I saw your post now. It's probably already in your packs as I got my set from Retroplay's folder, like I said it was my mistake sorry about the confusion. |

One question about the xpkmaster library, there's a compressors folder inside the Libs folder and another one inside Libs_68020+ which ones should I use?
Couldn't find any info on the docs, but from the installer script seems the Libs_68020+ are for a MC68020 cpu so since I'm running a 020 a1200 I guess I should stick to the regular Libs folder. |

Yes if you have a 1200 then go for the 020 libs.

WorldOfNoise1_v1.0_Digitech&KnightHawks&ItalianBadBoys.lha Tune H by Sinners seems to be missing in all the disk dumps available. |

The Demos :-
NoBrainNoPain_v1.0_FlashProduction NoBrainNoPain_v1.0_Paradise Both have the same folder name (NoBrainNoPain). I just thought i'd point it out for when people do mass WHDLoad Demo extractions they don't get conflicting folder names. Thanks. |

First of all thanks for your great contribution, Retroplay!
Now I came to the conclusion that I have too many mangled installs in my A1200's HD so I want to start from scratch, thus needing your updates. I went to the file server, downloaded all the Games Packs and updated up to 2.4 every pack which is all I found over there. Am I ready to install what is on your folder, or do I need something else before that? |

Sounds like you're using my pack. They are not managed by Retroplay (although the contents in them are)..
If you get the 2.0 package, you also need 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 and update them one after another. Then you will not need anything else. They are in \Commodore_Amiga\WHDLoad_Packs on the FTP. |

Nope, just use the link to my shared cloud drive (check OP) if you want to grab the whole enchilada (including non english games, demos & mags). The FTP only contains updated installs not available at whdownload or kgwhd. |
