ooh... don't get me started on tip shops.... grr... (boxed A500 and an A590 sitting there ready to go, but the shits wouldn't let me take it without an eWaste certificate...)
however they did let me get an UNUSED boxed logitech analogue joystick (this one - http://gaming.logitech.com/en-us/pro...d-pro-joystick) for £3 so swings and roundabouts I suppose

Yer it's annoying the rules at these places these days, our local tip shop doesn't take on all the bulk computer, monitors, tv's etc.

As soon as they receive them there all packed up into containers and sent off to the cities.

The shop itself ends up getting the scraps left over!

there are a few more... elvira was from this haul, and was one of the better condition games. (possibly the best as it didn't look to have ever been played) I'm probably going to ebay the rest, (except frontier. I'm going to keep that) so if anyone has any interest in the others, give me a shout. (the monkey Island in that collection isn't as good condition as Neil's there's a tear in the box along the top edge...

I find that WD40 removes adhesive stickers really well.

That's the idea we went with when removing stickers in a toy store when customers wanted us to remove the pricetag Works very well! Not sure how it does on old stuff though, but should be working on that too then?

I think these top case screws should be smaller or less visible.

The screws are from repair of some previous user. They hold thick rubber wheel under the case. I think that it was glued before and wore off.

Sorry no pics, still not unpacked.

Grabbed the following at Retr0 Revival this weekend:

About 40 Codemasters Games, all mint for C64 (all the Dizzy's, etc)
A small collection of Disk Games for C64
A Disk Drive for the C64 (This is going to be shipped to me)
A Mouse for my C64 (I have a Final Cart III so this will be cool)
NOS Boxes for my Loose Jaguar Games, Doom & Cybermorph
Nes Game, loose - Super Off Road
Comp Pro Pad for Master System, much better than the original.

That's it I think
