Dead Space 1, 2 and 3 all the same price (on Steam = £18)
1 is £3.79 (-75%) on GOG (normally £15) Was interested until I saw the (negative) reviews ![]() Got Pepe Porcupine (Sokoban) as part of a Steam bundle ![]() |

Well, as planned, finished ME2 last night with little changes in team and got all to survive last battle. Game allows you to either replay the game with current character's level at harder difficulty or to continue exploring planets and systems.
Let's not forget that lock and hack mini games will help you with cognitive functions of brain, so that we all can be trained for: person, woman, man, camera, tv moments. ![]() For 11 bucks I can get trilogy @ origin, or 10 bucks only ME3. Game is quite good and I like story. I played ME Andromeda bit on PS4, will probably get it for PC as that seemed nice story as well. Now, after space, time to play some Magika... ![]() Last edited by Anubis; 11 August 2020 at 17:15. |

You mean DeadSpace 1 ? That is an absolutely phenomenal game. You haven't played it ? Sir, you are missing out. I have not seen atmosphere like DS1 in any other game so far. Forget DS2 or DS3 (that's like, Disneyland PG-7), let alone other "horror" games. I have replayed it earlier this year. Twice. First time on Hard, then right away replayed it second time on Impossible. The amount of strategy involved is astounding (kinda real-time turn-based). Certain weapons are amazing, but I would recommend playing it on easy first as the game is unforgiving if you commit to the wrong weapon. It's a hard game on Impossible, but not Impossible ![]() You definitely feel every missed shot. No Rambo style for sure ![]() Just make sure nobody else is in the house, turn the phone off, put on headphones and make room pitch black ![]() |

Dead Space 1 & 2 are bloody brilliant. Absolute top of the line horror action games that age like fine wine.
Dead Space 3... it lost the horror element unfortunately, but it's still a pretty good action adventure. |

DSII suffers from very inconsistent level design, so ironically, DSI, with the lowest details and lowres textures is most atmospheric... Dang, all this talk of DSI made me go play it again before going to sleep ![]() Last edited by VladR; 12 August 2020 at 10:30. |

Disagree. I see it like this: Dead Space 1 is Alien, Dead Space 2 is Aliens. Same universe, different tone and pacing, different movie/game, both excellent.

While looking for ME3, I end up finally getting rest of fallout games, 3, LV and 4 all GOTY versions. (Of course, I got ME3 @ origin as well)
I am looking into modding and fixing Fallout 3 and get it ready for playthrough, but after reading above post about dead space, I might play this first. (I just noticed I have first 2 games on Origin, second one also on Steam) So many good games, so little time... ![]() Hard to make sure nobody else is in house in quarantine time and everything else is how I recommend playing games such as hellblade senua's sacrifice. Most other games I do play without headphones, tho... Last edited by Anubis; 12 August 2020 at 16:35. |

That is my normal set up ![]() I assume the games are connected to the Animated Films ? "Excellent console game, but the PC port is an exercise in frustration. Nearly unplayable due to control/aiming issues. Disabling V-Sync did nothing to help. Very disappointed with this purchase. Waste of money." Last edited by Nobby_UK; 12 August 2020 at 18:44. |

Well then, I'm sorry but then you couldn't possibly enjoy it fully. If there's screams/yells/questions/inquires coming from other rooms/humans/dimensions/females that can land on you at any second while you are fighting off necromorphs, then it plain sucks. I feel sorry for you - I really do. Might as well play Bejewelled ![]() I'm talking from experience. When we had full house a decade ago, this game was impossible to enjoy (I thought I did, but how could I have possibly known). Now, I can just go and play through 3-4 chapters in one sitting without a single interruption (I will go walk my Husky prior to playing). That's just night and day difference in enjoyment. I couldn't have possibly known. Sometimes I don't use headphones, but I doubt that at 3 am you could crank all those violent screams up if there are cohabitants in da haus ![]() I simply love it, when I crank up the volume real high, and my window panes start vibrating with Necromorphs. Then it becomes Visceral ![]() I think it's the other way around, but I bought those animes and actually quite like them. I'm only now beginning to appreciate the anime. I watched very few in past, but only recently became enthralled by them. Some Japanese animes on NFLX have quite breathtaking visuals... Quote:
I only play it on X360, in bed. Most excellent set-up ![]() |

After exiting Vault, replaying it, since I missed lots of stuff. (rushed)
Ended up with only 10 mods, and so far did not have single game crash. Also playing Magicka, combining spells and doing other odd stuff. Killin' Vlad over and over. ![]() Tried couple of games on xgp online stream... looks promising. |

Bought Capcom beat um up bundle to play Final Fight and Knights of the Round...
I was already on my second continue in the subway in Final Fight. You can just smell the "insert more coins sucker" scheme going on, I don't remember that life bar dropping so fast on console/home computer versions. |

![]() Still one of my favorite arcades and just couple of months ago replayed it with my son with tons of credits. ![]() ![]() Fallout 3 - need to go find Vault 112, at the moment looking for ant-queen and just about done with guide quest - need to go to library - last thing of last chapter. Some of dialog in game are just pure enjoyment, while some just leave much to desire. Like send little punk to run away... ![]() |

Well, after killing ant queen's protectors and collecting archives from Arlington library, headed for Vault 112, got bit lost in VR and thanks to granny there, was able to figure out where is failsafe, and that is where I saved game. Not sure why, but was expecting a fight to get in Vault 112...
Wonder what is next... |
