April Quiz - Clues #1

Ignition, check mirrors, off we go - we are past the half time for this round. I'd like to post some clues for all of you, so the 33 participants (one from here) might get joined by more.

The car quiz is much tougher than the previous round... does the following list help?

1) Just twelve titles are racing games - barely half!
2) Several games are based on licenses from movies, comics or music: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 15, 25.
3) Number 12 is a multiplatform racing game from the last year.
4) Five screenshots show arcade versions.
5) Title 11 is an open world game.

April Quiz - Clues #2

Okay guys, watch out: please take the next exit off the highway, as this round is about to end soon! So far a convoy of 55 players has formed (two from here), but nobody managed to guess every game correctly - and just seven participants made it to twenty or more points.

So here is the final set of clues, good luck to all of you:

1) Just on Nintendo consoles? That's right for the 6, 7, 14 and 15.
2) The numbers 13, 19 and 23 show screenshots of games for the Commodore Amiga.
3) Game 16 and 21 make you build a vehicle from many single parts.
4) One of the games in the last row is a RPG.
5) Number 17 is a side scrolling shoot em up.

I knew you'd get it... bit of a rubbish game though and very limited view into the distance.

You Amiga cred is safe after all .

Actually to be fair - it looks pretty impressive for an Amiga (reminds me of 3d GBA driving games) but apart from the draw distance there is no real sense of speed and if I remember properly, the car was pretty uncontrollable.

It's not the greatest game, but the Amiga has seen worse. Remember Turbo Racer 3D?

Of course games like Daytona USA had their console and PC releases years before both games, but as long as you limit your view enough game #23 easily passes as... mediocre!

That's a lot, and I wonder if I have been to generous with my hints this year. :/ So starting next round I will put some rules on myself regarding to that:
