So i have given it a run.
On Vampire 1200 V2, intro does play, then freezes at the start of the game. On classic A4000D Cyberstorm MK2 060, runs starts fine, but there are graphic corruption on the hobbits portraits. |

Maybe you try
NOCACHE or CHIPNOCACHE Hope that helps.... What happends when you go into the data folder and start the lord file ? Same errors ? |

I have no 060 Hardware but i did tried it in Winuae with a 060 Setting.
It worked flawless there. Hmmm idk |

Never tried it before, but started it quickly on my A1260, and didn't notice any major graphical issues FWIW (like a white flash when transitioning, but nothing else). Only went through intro and like 2 seconds of game play though.

 If there are really compatible problems on Vampire & 060, maybe someone can do a propper install; be my guest paraj  Besides, we would need someone who is really familiar with this Game and knows where the Protection kicks in. (it should be removed, i hope) Maybe someone can "speedrun" this Prototype Pack

Indeed, it is working fine on the Vampire V2 setup now with NOCACHE. Intro plays fine, game does not freeze, portraits in the interface are fine and i could play a few minutes with no issue. I don't remember when the copy protection would pop up. I mainly remember from a long time ago the intro and having troubles with wolves. I will try and play test more as soon as possible.
