Hmm, having bothered to read the description maybe I should alter my guess:

'880 KB Diskettenlaufwerk' - Odd, don't these have a 1600 KB drive? (He's got a dead HD_Floppy drive.)
'Beim erstmaligen Einschalten muss zusätzlich noch ein „Reset“ gemacht werden.' - Requires a soft-reset to power-up properly..?
'Die interne Uhr geht nicht. Wahrscheinlich muss die Batterie im Rechner getauscht werden.' - Oh, dear... Do I need to be asking for close-ups of the battery? Corroded mobo..?

Ok, I vote £0.00. (item returned)

Yep, that's what it means. Given that the auction is rather tame (yet), I would also guess that the 1000 quid mark won't be reached

I know we are having fun here, but as we are taking about alot of money, I wanted to be sure that noone takes this thread as an endorsement of the A4000T - IT IS NOT.

Anyway, as my spidey senses are tingling, I asked him if the PPC works and for a pic of battery area.

He responded;
two pics from the seller.
No confirmation of a functioning PPC yet...

That is quite insane. Two months ago a friend of mine bought a CyberstormPPC exactly with the same specifications and a CybervisionPPC for 750€.

Hats off to the seller for getting such a high price.

Ok thats it no more guesses. The table in post 1 is complete.

Lets sit back and watch the result.... Who will win? Charlies optimistic £2500, Cosmicfrogs budget £600 or one of use in between??!!

Out of interest I responded to his pictures, pointing out that he had still not given any reassurance that the PPC part was functioning. I suggested he try SysSpeed or Scout to test the PPC. His response?

" Sorry, those programs does not works on my Amiga. OS3.9, MUI 3.8 is
installed."

Hardly going out of his way to check is he!!

I suspect a busted PPC.
