Watch the motion of her hands and arms, there are lots of "dropped frames" which together with the "sharpness" of the movements, especially the gravity effect on the folds of her trousers as she moves. This is typical of video is which is played back at an accelerated rate.
Like I said, could be a side effect of the camera, or the flash conversion but it has been altered. |

So what is the tune that sounds exactly like the Star Wars medley but 50% slower that she's playing?

There is no doubt that is what was played, its just the video has been sped up.

Nah, I doubt it is fake. I hope...
This was upped a few months before yt introduced HD video and we all know how the converters were back then... Probably it was recorded in 30FPS or higher framerate, and the reduction to 24fps (as it is now) skipped a few frames so it looks funny here and there. I mean, I'm no musician but what would be the point of playing it at a different-then-original rate? Sure, recording music videos in slower rate is (was?) pretty popular, but playing something slower manually would be a bit difficult, no? The tones wouldn't match and all... |

Perhaps it is just video conversion. I'm pretty sure the video is slightly sped up. Perhaps the wrong setting in the frame rate conversion. You see it in most of the videos.
Either that or she's wearing the most starched & ironed jeans in history which defy normal motion and gravity Last edited by alexh; 15 August 2009 at 00:32. |

Still prefer the Amiga music.
Of all the remixes, Amiga Immortal etc. my favourite is still the Studio version done for the FM Towns version (and used on the Turbogfx/PC Engine) by Ian Henderson and Chris Howlett of D.C. Productions. [ Show youtube player ] (Use HQ for stereo) Never knew this music existed until about a year or two ago. |

btw, I dunno about this electone business but, she's playing over something right ? I mean there seems to be a metronome map running behind playing the drums, cymbals for her as well as switching instruments. |
