I posted a new version of my program - 1st post.
If you dont like a change or would like to suggest something please tell me. I will work on a bootblock storage mechanism soon - my current programming knowledge may not be enough |

I can't wait for it to grow into a fully fledged, working adf reader and filesystem viewer (ie can read files on ADF's)
Good job anyway |

I will have a look later, but I'm sure it's nice
Have a look at XML Or you could make your own storage filetype. Would like to have a glimpse at the source if you decide to do so |

i've googled a bit and found a checksuming routine for VB 5/6. maybe its usefull somehow: http://www.freevbcode.com/ShowCode.Asp?ID=655
Edit: here a "homemade" checksuming algorithm: http://www.planet-source-code.com/vb...63766&lngWId=1 Last edited by hit; 02 November 2008 at 22:16. Reason: another one |

LOL. I'm shortly before the release candidate of MY tool in ANSI-C (which does not require NET, but would probably run perfectly on Windows 95! ) and this tool really seems very similar to mine!
Yours truly should've been a LOT faster |
