Chrono Cross on PSX is NOT a Chrono Trigger remake, it´s a sequel..... got complete new story line, it´s a complete new game and it ROX !!!!! It´s far better then FF series (well except FF VII, it´s the BEST game of that series on PSX, hmmm, maybe III and IV on SNES come near )

No, I didn't mean it like that. I KNOW Chrono Cross is a proper sequel and everything. Sorry, I should've said: "Also, what do people think of Chrono Cross I wonder?"

I don't want to sound the old fart, but when FF 1 came out o the NES in 1989, when I was 20, me and my pals took turns playing for hours. What a great , great game. Now, I feel, ever since the release on the PSX, and this horrible movie, it has become a bloated, lost cash cow. Even tho the movie flopped misersably here. Ugh
Another example of the soul-less corporate trash messing up a good thing. |

note:
Zelda series should be classified into the "Action Role Playing Game" class, they are not considered as classic RPG like FF6 or Chrono Trigger, even if The Legend of Zelda games are the best in their own game domain (A-RPG).
more exemple: some of the best Tactical-RPG are Bahamut lagoon on Snes, Ogre Battle (snes, n64 & gba), and FF tactics (psx)... |

Tactics Ogre, after Panzer General 1 and 2, is the greatest game ever made, in my opinion. It first was produced for the SNES in Japanese, but was happily translated into English for the PSX. Now, as for the SNES version, there has been a translation in the works , but its a mystery now. I also note a Tactics Ogre made it to the GBA. Cool! But....its in Japanese only hope it gets translated.

Could someone tell this uploader to remove screen filtering + horizontal stretch? It's like watching old paintings in museum.

Ok. You should PM alkis (or some other Greek EAB members) and ask him for a quick translation (or to PM the uploader).
I have already had to communicate with some people with limited English knowledge and I usually send messages in 2 or 3 languages: First the version translated in the recipient's native language (via Google translate), then English and sometimes in French (so that the recipient has something 100% correct that he can translate online if need be). Ofc, at the beginning I include a message like: "Hello, Sorry I don't speak [language]. Here is a message that I have translated via Google Translate. I hope you understand it. Otherwise, please ask for more details." I think that such an introduction will always be well translated and understood. |
