OCS with 1 MB Chip RAM i don't if not exit in real Amiga because in the past i was bought and expansion ram card for A500 that have 2 MB of Fast RAM to connect not on classic expansion slot, but on motherboard.

i have 2 options: 1 MB Chip RAM or 1,8 MB Fast RAM. I chose Fast RAM. But in the other case i would have OCS, kick 1.3 with 1 MB Chip RAM.

now has passed many years and the only doubt is if 1 MB Chip RAM and OCS would have required 1.3 or 2.0x

it was maybe similar to this one
https://amiga.resource.cx/exp/adram520

Mine board allow me to have 1 MB chip RAM but i have to made some complicated operation (maybe a solder) or to use with 2 MB Fast RAM (it was 1,8)

one day i have to open my A500 and watch what model exactly is

OCS Agnus could never use 1 MB of chip RAM. Later A500s (Rev 6A I think) came with an ECS Agnus, 8372A, that could use one megabyte of chip RAM even though the system still only came with 512kB. Kickstart 1.3 works with either one.
