The commands aren't mirror-images and they're at the top. Possibly; possibly not. SID is a closer match, overall.

nod, SID2 is great... I even registered it etc
Trouble is because of the glitches it experiences in the later versions of AmigaOS and graphics cards I was forced to use DirOpus in the end... I did post from time to time to whether anyone knew how to contact Tim Martin to try and get him or get the source to recompile it for AmigaOS4 and RTG etc... No one seems to know anything |

I remember of a file browser that I had, with those colors and style you said. But it had some words in russian/czech and had a button that when clicked, showed a rotating logo on the screen. It was an interesting program, I never forgot it.

The funny thing about this is that I forgot the name... I guess it was "CLI-something" and came on a diskette full of utilities. I know this doesnt help much.
