Tetris Pro has something when you complete the levels, unusually for a PD game. And the little "Go go. go go" in F1GP. Desert Strike too?

If modern games count: Follix (and samples are 14 bit, even) and SkillGrid.
(Yep, my own games, but if I hadn't mentioned them myself, they wouldn't have been mentioned as they aren't popular).

Inherit the Earth / Erben Der Erde

I remember being blown away by the speech in the intro to Denaris when I got my A500 with Tenstar gamepack in '88. It only said "Welcome to Denaris" but coming from a Speccy, it was amazing.

Star Wars - “Red 5 standing by”, “look at the size of that thing”, “leave them to me I will deal with them myself”. I remember ripping the sounds and added them to my startup sequence. Felt like a proper hacker BITD

I think when you are in the hospital and have to escape they say "there he is" or something like that.

Did PGA Tour Golf have sampled bird speech?

Amiga games with sampled speech

G-LOC
Zombie Apocalypse

must be a ton of them if you think long and hard.
It would be helpful if the OP keeps it updated in the first post

Star Crusader is full of speech even on A1200 according to the reviews.
Sadly all the speech seems to have been erased in the Whdload version.

Amiga Format's review of Star Crusader suggests that most of the game's 13Mb size is the speech. Could it even be why the game is hard drive only? Was it worth it?

Datastorm has the name said in the loading sequence.
