None of new 5.3 emulated boards have on board ROMs. (Only PicassoIV and PCI SVGA boards have ROMs)

I was trying to install ClassicWB as usual, by dragging the ADFs over the window, but it seems that it doesn't update the drive like it did before. I also noticed that dragging files over the UI of WinUAE also doesn't seem to work, whereas it did before.

PS- it is now working, it's really odd

WinUAE running as admin (for example when using SD card or something as an Amiga HD) and explorer running as normal user? Windows does not allow drag and drop between programs that have different privilege level.

(btw, I am 99.9% sure this has nothing to do with 5.3.0..)
