I haven't noticed any extra mouse lag in WB. There is always 1-2 frame lag without beamracing and there is no other fixes. Main workarounds: never use triple buffering. Variable sync monitor probably also helps because without it display and emulation frame rate never matches, which means lag keeps changing depending on timing difference.

Hmm 2 frames on 50Hz is quite some. I use double buffering and FreeSync.

Remove interlace artifacts option makes can make it more smooth than in real world (by internally emulating both fields at 50Hz) but it can only work if program does not use any display tricks.
ah thanks
removing interlace artiffacts makes the mouse more smooth
I have always disabled such option because some games don't look fine with such option enabled

also removing interlace artiffacts make the CD32 intro looks bad
can you fix that?

Can't do. This mode renders both fields at the same time and if program does not use same buffer (and same colors etc) when previous frame was drawn or other field is being updated while another is being output: output is corrupt.

I guess it could "learn" if program uses double or triple buffering but I am not sure if it will be reliable enough.. and first few fields would be always wrong.

Fields and Fields+ is what real hardware does (alternative fields at 50Hz/60Hz). Remove artifacts renders both fields at the same time, "true" progressive conversion.

It should be 1 unless something delays them, like GPU driver. WinUAE will tell the driver that it would prefer no extra buffering but it does not guarantee anything.
