I just want to say that I received the PCMCIA Ethernet card and the 2 games I wanted yesterday afternoon and that everything went well.
Thanks @Kin Hell for your kindness a patience. And also for fast shipping and great packaging! |

Hey @Kin Hell, after careful consideration of the 1084, as badly as I want it, I'm just too terrified to ship it. Plus the 240v power requirement is tough with me being in the US.
There's a chance if someone else doesn't pick it up that I may change my mind in the future :P But for now shipping is something I Just can't stomach |

For the following reasons:
A very high volume of time wasters not making sensible offers; Not getting back to me after saying they want particular items; Not getting back to me after discussing an agreeable amount to pay; The first post is now updated with prices for Hardware & all previous names that were against particular items are now removed after failing to respond to my PM's. - In a few weeks time, the next step will be eBay. Thanks for looking some more. Last edited by Kin Hell; 07 July 2024 at 14:22. |

I also feel called out and I apologise If I was a "time waster" - a perhaps strong characterization. Probably better to withdraw my interest about the accelerator card and avoid more time wasting.
If I may (humbly) suggest: 1) all the useful info sent per DM could be of benefit to everyone in this thread and spare you more time and 2) a ballpark price upfront is perhaps helpful for people to set their own thresholds You may also evaluate Amibay instead of eBay as a marketplace, I always had excellent interactions there. Thanks and good luck with the sell. Hope those items will find a good home. |

There is no need to PM or post comments like this. There are prices in place now for the hardware & they are just guidelines. - Please take it, discuss it closely or leave it. Hopefully, this might save a pile of really unnecessary hassle. Thanks. |

Ignore last PM have seen that you have added actual prices.
I probably was one of the "time wasters". Hope you sell stuff or get what you want on ebay for things. P.S. If this sounds snarky, it really isn't Last edited by S0ulA55a551n; 08 July 2024 at 13:51. Reason: Added PS |

I declared interest for the black Commo 1084s. But would only take it if no local pickup can be arranged. Also, I am not sure whether I just wasted time with a ridiculous offer or not. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Kin HelL I would strongly recommend you consider allowing buyers to arrange their own courier collection on this item, get some amazing packaging polystyrene etc and some this way up + fragile / glass stickers and sell via the CDTV users group on Facebook. Pick a price you're happy with and you'll undoubtedly get it. https://www.facebook.com/groups/937982319593668 |
