I don't think this really matches your description, but Moonbase: Lunar Colony Simulator is what you would describe as a space version of Sim City. Moonbases is another game in the same mould. Could either of these games be what you're looking for?

You talk about a nuke logo and play occurring on a map. Could it be Nuclear War?

Well if my memory serves me well, you see them at begin of turn.
you start whit a smal one (can't as many stuf) when having a bit more cash you can buy bigger one, but always never more then 4. As i say, at begin of turn thay show up: lets say split screen in 2, left thay show op, from botom, 1 at time, and line up. Right of screen : Base, whit *almost* at top litle tree's in line to show O2 left (air) Litle scull's to show some deatly shit, and (if i remember it good, litle radiation things. Below it? er..... base consruction? weapon build? you name it |

Was it a game by crack.com ? I remember seeing some AGA game like command and conquer being advertised in a AmigaFormat issue, and they gave a demo on the CD. But that magazine is 6hours drive from me =[.
So it runs on AGA ?!?! How much ram does it need and also does it need a 030 ?!?! |
