Was the Elvira game based on the movie, or was the movie based on the game? Either way, I've yet to see it. But the adventure/rpg Elvira is one of my favourite games ever.
Indiana Jones 3 the adventure game was great as well, but I'd say Fate of Atlantis was a whole lot better. Of course, that could be cheating, since it's not a game based on a movie, only a game based on the franchise. But then I guess you could say that about lots of games. I also enjoyed Lethal Weapon when it came out, and I don't think that was based on any of the movies. The missions didn't remind me much of the movies at least. |

http://imdb.com/title/tt0095088/ I like the Rambo III version for the Genesis/Mega Drive. It has nothing to do with the really bad arcade & computer games. Maybe the best soldier game ever. Last edited by Retro-Nerd; 25 May 2007 at 01:59. |

Was there any released that didn't have the Ocean logo behind them?
Robocop III and Batman the Movie my favourite two but also remember getting quite addicted to Hudson Hawk (sneaks off to find a good hiding place) T2, Only remember the nifty hand animation from the puzzle level but who the hell were you playing as ..... The T800 ..... Wasn't Arnie a T101 in the film. So why wasn't your T800 character blessed with additional abilities not seen within' the movie??? and speaking of Arnie ---> http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/pizza.php |

On the Amiga, it'd be the Indy games.
However, my all-time favourite movie game is actually the Rockstar Xbox title The Warriors. It not only covered the movie perfectly, but had a full pre-story, and was a barrel of laughs. Made a good game to play with a mate with a few beers ![]() |

Duck Tales 1&2 for NES were very good.. granted, Duck Tales isn't a movie, it's a cartoon series.

Last Action Hero.... never mind worst film licence, one of the worst Amiga games full stop. (Though saying that, it probably comes with the territory...)

best movie license games? there aren't many playable ones, let alone best ones. umm, Batman the Movie that's it. there haven't been any GREAT movie licenses pre-GoldenEye 007----ever since Atari flopped with the E.T game, burying millions of unsold cartridges in some desert landfill, movie licenses have been ..CURSED!

I think the best ones on the Amiga are The Blues Brothers, The Addams Family, Batman The Movie and RoboCop 3... and I wouldn't exactly call any of them all-time classics...

The original actor A good script Character development But most of all, Paul Verhoeven was making Basic instinct All the corporate/fascist/ultraviolence humor and satire he incorporates into his movies made the first one good is totally missing. It's just, corporation = bad guy. Robocop never was pure action. *edit* I even heard that the best scene from robocop 2, the elctric chair car alarm was cut from robocop 1.
