Show us you don't know what you're talking about without telling us you don't know what you're talking about.

I could explain in exact detail how the Megadrive pad works and its relationship with the Amiga port, but your arrogance makes me think you're not interested in hearing it. If you'd like to actually learn about it, there's plenty of information (including full schematics) out there that can be found with about 10 seconds of Googling.
