Indeed, it's much slower than both accelerator and motherboard RAM, but slow RAM is better than no RAM if you are one of those rare people who might actually use 128MB. It should be a lower priority than all the other RAM bar chip RAM, so it won't slow the system down if you do add it unless you actually need to use it. On the other hand, it's easy to add it later if it turns out you do need it...
