ok. in cli, just type RAM: and hit enter
then do dir... lha_68k should be there. if not, try lha.run again as it may have extracted itself to the folder you were "in" when running it, instead of extracting itself to ram. the lha_68k should then appear and work as in previous post EDIT: and apologies buddy, i'm tired as hell so brain no function well very off to bed in a sec, but you should be all set now. if not someone else will likely chime in to continue from this point onward |

Have you tried setting the CD mount name to "AmigaOS 3.9" (with the space) under the WinUAE settings, as diablothe2nd suggested?

no you don't, you just need to figure out a way of tricking the boingbag's into thinking you've put the real disc in the drive by the name of "AmigaOS 3.9"

However instead of worrying about naming, you need to make an assign to where files are (easy to copy disc to HDD). So something like "assign AmigaOS 3.9: SYS:TEMP/OS3.9/" You can then delete the folder after your done. |

sorry for sounding a little dumb
my folder is in my home/Emulators/Amiga folder so my command will be: assign AmigaOS 3.9: SYS:home/Emulators/Amiga/ Even though the OS already has it mounted on the desktop? ? |

No, you do this from inside the emulator, nothing to do with host, just emulated.

ok i type
"assign AmigaOS 3.9: SYS:home/ade/Emulators/Amiga/OS/" i get an error "invalid device name AmigaOS" I presume it has something to do with the space, so i delete the space and type: "assign AmigaOS3.9: SYS:home/ade/Emulators/Amiga/OS/" I get this error "cant find SYS:home/ade/Emulators/Amiga/OS/" I have extracted the contents of the os cd to that exact directory |

assign "AmigaOS 3.9:" "<DRIVE NAME OF ALREADY MOUNTED DEVICE>:" |

Can you post your config here please?
Can you also post a screenshot of your booted workbench? I'm not really sure, where the problem is |
