I'm going to go ahead and blame the power supply on all this nonsense. I'm now using one of my other Amiga's power supplies, and everything seems to be running fine.
The old power supply did shit the bed though, so I guess be careful about aftermarket PSUs found on ebay. My gut feeling is that this one, although advertised as capable to run on 110V, wasn't really up to the task, and somehow killed itself (and some Amiga parts) when connected to 110BV instead of 220V |
