I'm just writing to bump this thread with a notice that I've now received everything from SPS that I could reasonably expect. I was wrong about them being too busy, I had just been buried under tickets and forgotten.

Nah, you were not wrong about us being busy at all - probably our next development should be making a day 48 hours instead of 24
