ok, now for your next challenge;
Complete Level 1 of Vroom on turbo mode (or in your case superduper turbo mode with a cherry on top). |

Its not fair that some cards can have 100Mhz. I will try and fix this problem on my Blizzard PPC card. Will test when PCI migration is completed almost there.

Migration is complete and Blizzard PPC sets world record in three key areas, but I still have a problem, it may claim more world records in other areas.
Benchmark link http://amigaworld.net/modules/newbb/...e=flat&order=0 Stability was already high, but it has improved even thou the card did not need it and so goes master. Screenshot to be uploaded soon. Last edited by delshay; 02 January 2013 at 15:23. |

i cant but help wonder why someone has to post a link envolving ppc,then comparing it to 68k overclocking. just for the record theres no throne to sit on.so its all yours. |

the one you will be sitting on when your card does reach 100+mhz and you set a world record.its an analogy. still i would be interested in the results of your tests as the card gets to 95mhz,just to see what happens to the memmory controller. |

But theres a saying appollo cards *may* clock higher than blizzard cards, but their say Blizzard cards have the faster ram access which should make it on par with appollo cards or will Blizzard cards perform better. Only benchmarks can show which card is faster. I have already proved a slower processor with faster ram access can out perform a overclocked card with slower ram access. |

Old sysinfo benchmark test both clocked at 80Mhz
Apollo card: 61.97mips Blizzard PPC 68k: 62.45mips Faster ram access proves itself again. |

sysinfo isent very accurate,you will get a slightly different score on every boot.
you should know that delshay. for instance: reboot 62.37 reboot 62.39 reboot 62.38 full power down and power back up: 62.37 reboot 62.38 reboot 62.39 i think you get the point here.doi want to try again tommorow? no i dont,its just a personal landmark to reach. we all know the memory controller is faster on blizzards because its in sync with the cpu,no need for proof there. do i care if my cpu access the memory on my apollo 2 times evry cpu cycle,no i dont.i just want more horse power. i know the blizzards are a better built card,i used to have one. try sysspeed 2.6. for a more accurate figure over say ten reboots,and give your fastest result. I don't think it will make much of a difference. The point is all those threads that claim blizzard card is slower than appollo I have just proved their are wrong & their are about the same speed.

i personally dont think apollo's are faster than blizzards. its just apollo's for pure cpu horse power they overclock further because you can half the clock going to the memory controller. i think your running your ppc card at its very limit using 50ns ram,if you get it to go further fair enough. you dont have to go on a personal mission about it,just be happy youve got a blizzard |
