EDIT: My bad, I had NoWriteCache enabled in whdload.prefs. Have no idea why, but this was the culprit. All is good!
Hi folks! There are claims above that saving should work fast when using existing save slots. This is not true for me. Saving takes ages with flickering for both new saves and overwriting existing saves. Not very fun. Are any of you managing to get these "instant" saves? I'm using WHDload 18.8 - slave 1.2. Tried it on a plain A1200/3.1/2MB and when using PiStorm w/latest ROM and OS. No difference. Last edited by Zapotek; 10 April 2023 at 11:56. Reason: I am stupid |
